About me

Hello, I’m a HCPC Registered Dietitian and Full BDA Member supporting clients with a wide range of nutrition and wellbeing goals. I have experience supporting clients with eating disorders and disordered eating, alongside a broad range of nutrition concerns including weight management, digestive health, improving energy, healthy eating and developing a more positive and sustainable relationship with food.

I’ve supported a wide range of clients and their families across both the NHS and private practice. I understand that everyone’s relationship with food, health and their body is different, and I take the time to understand what matters to you and what you would like support with.

I take a holistic, integrative approach, combining evidence-based nutrition with mindful and intuitive eating strategies, somatic awareness and practical guidance. My approach is flexible and individualised, whether you’re looking to make changes to your diet, improve your relationship with food, understand your nutritional needs, or work towards specific health and wellbeing goals.

My aim is to help you feel more confident and at ease around food, understand what your body needs and make nutrition changes that are realistic and sustainable. I want each session to leave you feeling heard, supported and equipped with practical strategies, rather than pressured or judged.

How Sessions Work

Most clients start with an hour-long session, where we take time to understand your current habits, challenges, lifestyle and goals. Together, we’ll explore what support would be most useful for you and develop a personalised approach that fits your life and supports your longer-term health and wellbeing.

As your plan progresses, many clients choose shorter review sessions to check in and fine-tune strategies based on what’s working best for them. Review appointments are offered towards the end of treatment and are designed to help you stay supported and maintain the changes you’ve worked hard to achieve.

Discovery Call

If you’re unsure whether I can help, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can share what’s going on, ask any questions and explore how working together might support your goals.
